From Wat Traimit, it was just a short walk to Yaowarat. Here, we encountered scam no.3. One guy came to us and said that we were walking the wrong way to Yaowarat which I just ignored him.
We took a short break at the Thian Fa Foundation, Kuan Yim Shrine here.
Main hall of the Kuan Yim Shrine.
Moving along....you know u are in Chinatown when you see all these signages in Chinese.
Small lanes behind the main road which are NOT closed to traffic. Once in a while you have cars and bikes driving through...
It got quite cramp and hot after this stretch of road.
Check out the crowd, cars are still moving along here. When the cars come, the peddlers will shift in their wares.

Wanted to go to Sampeng lane which I think should be straight ahead but we took a wrong turn and got stuck in the human traffic... Gave up and walked straight to the Pier instead.

Walked about 15mins to the Rachawongse Pier. Going to take the ferry to Sathorn (Taksin) where we can switch to BTS.
Saw a man feeding the fishes....they were big!!!
The ferries are differentiated from the flags on top, this one is orange. There is also blue and yellow. Do not take the one for tourist....they charge 150 baht per pax!!!!
Paid 15 baht/pax for these tickets for the orange flag boat to Sathorn pier. Just buy them from the lady sitting behind the counter. Alternatively, you can board the boat first and pay on board but it will cost a bit more..
The boarding platform is not anchored and moves with the tide...good luck for those who has seasickness...
Our ride to Sathorn pier.

The journey itself was quite fast, just that we waited quite a while for the boat to come and you really have to squeeze in...haha.
