1635h (KL TIME) We arrived at the foot of Batu Caves slightly before 5pm. Unfortunately, the statue beside the cave is under restoration work and could not get any nice shots of the area... Just look at the height of the steps to the caves. A total of 272 steps!!! The last time we came here, me and Angelia climbed to the top. But as she needs to take care of Aiken, I decided to climb up by myself.

Monkeys monkeys, all over.. Interesting that this time round, the monkeys were around the foot of the caves. The last time when we were here, they were "disturbing" the visitors around the steps, making the climb or descend, very very challenging.

The monkeys were all over the scaffolding at near the Indian Temple at the side of the steps.
