It is a relative short distance from the Macau Tower. The taxi meter only jumped twice.
A-Ma Temple already existed before the city of Macau came into being.
It was constructed in the year of 1488 of the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644) to commemorate Ma-zu, the sacred sea goddess who blesses the fisherman of Macau.

The place was really very crowded.

There is this tree beside the prayer hall where couples can write their names and tie it here.
By doing so, it is believed that they will be loving for a long time.

To the right of the counter is a Buddhist Hall which was designed tastefully in regard to size and architectural style of the main hall.
