A messy array of poles and metal from the interior view of the Eiffel Tower.

Cold, cold & more cold....

A try at an "artistic" shot at the base of the tower.
Hehehe...
We have come to the end of the tour for the day and since we are very near to our hotel, we decided to take a slow walk back.

2120h (PARIS TIME)

Today is the last night we will be spending in Paris before we leave for Singapore tomorrow night. Thus, we decided to take a few shots of Paris in the night. However, something very eerie happened when we were taking photos of the Eiffel Tower in the night. See the photo on the left? This photo was taken with my tripod set up. After I took this shot, I wanted to take another one. But from the LCD of my digital camera, the Eiffel Tower turned into purple instead of orange. I told my wife to look at my LCD and she told me to look at the tower. The tower is orange in color!!! At that point, I freaked out, not because of anything but I thought my camera is spoilt!! I removed the camera from the tripod with the quick release plate with no movement of the tripod at all and focused the camera at other places. It was working fine!!! When I placed the camera back onto the tripod, the Eiffel tower turned from orange to purple again!!! Immediately, I took another shot and had a shock! There were some orbs of light around the tower. You will know what I mean when you compare these 2 photos.

Shot 2 (With Orbs)

Though a bit shocked from the experience, we carried on with our nite shooting.
Shoot quite a lot around the Eiffel Tower to see if we can capture anything else but in vain.
Here's another view from the bottom up to the tower.

Gosh, I look like "shit"....
That's why I get for being lazy to comb my hair and being in such a windy place.

2000h (PARIS TIME)

One last shot of the Eiffel Tower in the night and we will go back to the hotel to rest.
Tomorrow, we will be going to the Versailles.
