Dropped by WF Central. Suspect this is similar to the one in Hong Kong, might be same developer. Opened for 1 year only. Bought some drinks from the Carrefour at the basement here.

This area does looks nice in the night. I guess one day Orchard Road will also end up looking like this. Closed to vehicles.

Some items bought from Carrefour. That bunch of grapes costed me RMB150!!! I thought I was in BKK and did a wrong currency conversion...haha. But the grapes were nice and crunchy. So not much regrets.
