Relatively short queue to go up to the cable car station.

Getting hot around here.
For a fee, this guy will pull you up in his motor-assist rickshaw.
Long queue forming at the base of the Cable Car station.
Looks damn old....haha...but still prefer this to the chairlift.
Inside the cable car.
First sighting of the Great Wall of China.
Mutianyu section has one of the nicest scenery with the great wall, 96% coverage of forest.
Something about Singapore helping to raise funds to repair the wall.

The real entrance to the Great Wall of China (Mutianyu section)
1037h (PEK TIME)
First family photo at the Great Wall of China. Standing on top of hundreds of years of history.
The long walk begins. How far you walk, means how far you need to walk back....haha.
This would be a nice scene in winter or autumn.
Some of these steps are quite steep.
Never ending wall and steps.
Up and down. On the left, there was a door which has since been blocked that was linked to the olden chinese villages. To the right, was actually foreign lands. The door allowed the chinese soldiers to respond and stand guard at the wall.
Rhydon had the privilege of sitting on the Great Wall also.
