11/12/2016 @ 0920h (DXB TIME) Same old breakfast at Taj Dubai for the last time.

1015h (DXB TIME) Done with our breakfast. Bidding goodbye to Tesoro. Going to check out Souk Madinat Jumeirah (the replica). Did not go to the "traditional" one due to lack of time.

1215h (DXB TIME) Reaching the Jumeirah area. Check out the Burj Al Arab. Most expensive hotel in Dubai.

Aiken wanted a bottle of sand art here. Think we got ripped as the airport was selling it cheaper..Zzzz..

We spent quite a bit of time here getting souvenirs and stuff for family and friends. Not the cheapest but most convenient.

1350h (DXB TIME) Settled for lunch here. The mint cooler was quite good. Wife got the lemonade and Aiken, the orange juice.

Their food items were really good. Check them out if you are at Jumeirah.

Very very very good lamb chops which I had.

Pan fried fish for the mrs. Quite a large portion.

Aiken had the grilled salmon which he enjoyed.

1520h (DXB TIME) After lunch, went back to the hotel to freshen up before going to the airport. Our buys from Souk Madinat.

1620h (DXB TIME) Reach Dubai Airport Terminal 1. Our flight was at 8pm. Wanted to reach earlier to check out duty free. End up, Terminal 3 is the newer airport with more stuff..

See the extra green luggage? Got it just for the red dragon....in case we were not able to carry it onboard the plane..

1700h (DXB TIME) Checking in our luggage.

First time, came with 3 luggages and returned with 4. Then again, luggage bags are always cheaper elsewhere compare to SG.

1840h (DXB TIME) After checking out the DFS shops, we settled for a quick bite here.

The airplane food this time round was really NOT nice...haha.

First time we ventured out of Asean countries. Something different, still thinking of where to go next. Now that we seen sand, maybe next time, we should check out snow? Travelling is fun less the long flight time....sit till whole body stiff. Might think of doing a cruise instead the next time.
