0850h (HK TIME) Behind us is the Mausoleum of Mao Zedong. There was an insane long queue for people to go in to pay their respects.

Center part is only for the emperor to walk, past through on sedan.

If this is off peak, I cannot imagine how peak period will look like....majority is still mainland china tourists.
